Privacy policy. Internet users.
- The following Privacy Policy (further known as the Policy) defines the rules of handling all data relating to persons, required to use or else related to accessing services through the website www.centrumdesignu.gdynia.pl (Service).
- The Administrator of personal data (Administrator) is the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia Budgetary Unit of the City of Gdynia District, based at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 81-451 Gdynia, NIP 586 21 38 302, which handles Users' personal data in line with the guidelines set out by the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27/04/2016 covering the protection of individuals in relation to personal data handling, agreements reached on 24/05/2018 covering the protection of personal data and the statue agreed 18/07/2002 covering electronic services and other broadly applicable laws.

- Personal data belonging to Users is stored on servers which ensure its security. We go to all possible lengths in order to ensure that data is used expressly for the purpose it is provided for, such as Services, webpages, apps and other facilities made available by the Administrator in order to make the experience of using our Service as safe and comfortable as possible.
- Our Service uses Google facilities, collecting in use cookie files with anonymous information about our Service webpages visited by individual Users. - Webpages managed by the Administrator's partners, links to which can be found on our Service, follow their own privacy policies (relating to the use of cookies).
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however refusing to do so can restrict the usage of Administrative services.
- Data will be processed with the aim related to use of facilities through our Service.
- By using our Service Users agree to accept the rules contained in our Privacy Policy.
- Users have the right to file complaints to the supervising authority – the President of the Council for Data Protection, should they consider that the way their personal data has been used was in breach of the guidelines relating to personal data handling.
- Users have the right to:
- demand they be provided with copies of personal data, or having them made available at the ADO headquarters in Gdynia (art. 15 RODO);
- demand personal data be corrected (art. 16 RODO);
- demand their personal data be removed (art. 17 RODO) via the so called “right to be forgotten”;
- demand the limitation of the processing of their personal data (art. 18 RODO);
- demand their personal data be transferred via a widely used format to another Administrator chosen by the User (art. 20 RODO);
- submit complaints regarding use of personal data (art. 21 RODO);
- withdraw their consent to have their personal data handled, as much as the handling of data occurs based on previously given permission (art. 7.3 RODO).
- In case of changes to privacy policies all necessary modifications will be introduced to the rules set out above.
