On Sunday, July 14, the 12th edition of Gdynia Design Days officially ended. Thousands of people interested in good design visited us. Participants had the opportunity to participate in over 130 events. Thank you to everyone involved in creating the festival - curators, leaders, partners, exhibition supervisors, volunteers and all guests.

For 9 days Gdynia became not only a summer meeting place for the design industry, but also a place for intensive exchange of experience and good practices. This year Gdynia Design Days had the honor to be the first official host of World Design Weeks. The festival was visited by Ingrid van der Wacht, chairwoman of the WDW and Dutch Design Week representative along with Leapfrog (Lancaster University). Workshops for members of this international community, event coordinators, and GDD friends were held at the festival opening weekend. We worked together on creative tools that help develop events. GDD served as a case study - how to improve festivals.
